Studio policies
Cancellation & late arrival
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged until your service is complete.
Cancellations & reschedules
We ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time. A $10 late fee will be applied to arrivals more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Clients that are 15 minutes late will result in a cancelled or rescheduled appointment and will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total.
